Complaints can be submitted by sending us an interactive form (found below). Please remember to send defects individually (on separate forms) if they concern different types of reports. Please fill in the details carefully and prepare the necessary documents/attachments.

Frequently asked questions

In order to facilitate your access to all necessary information, we have prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding after-sales service below.

The warranty period is 5 years from the date of acceptance of the apartment.

The time for considering the validity of the application is 14 calendar days. We will inform you by email or letter whether your application has been accepted.

We undertake to remove defects within 30 days from the date of the decision on the validity of the report, unless the specific nature of their removal requires a different deadline, in which case we will agree on it with the Reporting Party.

The application may be submitted by the owner of the premises or the owner’s representative on the basis of a power of attorney – downloadable form.

The property management takes care of the common areas in the housing estate. They inspect the equipment and furnishings in the common areas and report any complaints to the developer. It is advisable to report any faults in the common areas directly to the property management (administration).
